Returns

Any of our used items are not eligible for return.

non-returnable items:
  • stickers
  • used items
  • second hand unopened items
  • gift cards
  • electrical items that are used
  • magazines

Refunds

 Any of our used/second hand items are not eligible for refunds, only new items will be eligible. We mark all products in description used or new. If you want you can choose an exchange or store credit. You will still be responsible for return shipping back to us.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace new items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@jdmtengoku.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only new regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Shipping

We will cover shipping cost on returns for any items that were incorrectly shipped, if it was our mistake.

For any exchanges or returns/refunds,

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of your item. Additionally, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Your refund (less the original shipping cost) will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible after receiving the returned items. 

If you are doing an exchange you will be responsible for shipping back to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
