Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return any items, you must email us before shipping them back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- electrical items that are used
Within 14 days-after receiving
You may return any new item in unused, original condition for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Your refund (less the original shipping cost) will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible after receiving the returned items. Original shipping costs to send to you the first time are not refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate refund to your credit card or whichever method of payment was used. You will receive the credit within certain time frame, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Usually 1 -2 weeks, please check with your credit card company.
Any of our used items are not eligible for refunds, only new items will be eligible. We mark all products in description used or new. If you want you can choose an exchange or store credit. You will still be responsible for return shipping back to us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace new items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only new regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will cover shipping cost on returns for any items that were incorrectly shipped, if it was our mistake.
For any exchanges or returns/refunds,
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of your item. Additionally, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you are doing an exchange you will be responsible for shipping back to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
